PROBLEM
The existing unloader valve assembly or RAX motor can fail on certain 797B Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing unloader valve assembly or RAX motor fails, it can/will result in low differential pressure.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the RAX Motor and unloader valve assembly even if only one has failed. Replace with a new 2102642/">210-2642 Motor Group and 1735399/">173-5399 Valve Group. Removed parts must be returned to the Joliet facility in order to qualify for reimbursement. Refer to the Parts Disposition for shipping instructions.
