Install valve (28).
Install bolt (27) and the clip.

Install plug (26).

Install O-ring seal (25) and plug (24).
Install O-ring seal (23) and plug (22).
Install O-ring seal (21) and plug (20).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install valve (19).
Install plate (18).
Install spring (17).
Install spacer (16).
Install spacer (15).
Install retainer (13) and O-ring seal (14).
Install nut (12). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).
Install the backup ring, O-ring seal (11), and O-ring seal (10) in valve group (9).

lubricate the bore with the fluid that is being sealed and Install valve group (9) in valve body (1). Tighten valve group (9) to a torque of 65 5 N m (47.9 3.7 lb ft).

Install cartridge assembly (5) in body (1). Tighten cartridge assembly (5) to a torque of 25 5 N m (18 4 lb ft).
Install backup ring (6), O-ring seal (7), and O-ring seal (8).
Install coil assembly (2), washer (3), and nut (4) in body (1). Tighten nut (4) to a torque of 14 2 N m (10 2 lb ft). End By:
Install the relief valve.
