4 2 9S-3582 Bearing Cone Before assembly, lubricate with grease.
5 2 8T-3990 Nut Pre-loading:
Tighten the castle nut to a torque of 115 5 N m (85 4 lb ft) in three steps. At the end of each step, oscillate the wheel hub six times. Loosen the castle nut to 0 N m (0 lb in).
Final torque:
Re-tighten the castle nut to a final torque of 10 1 N m (89 9 lb in) in two steps. At the end of each step, oscillate the wheel hub six times. Backoff the castle nut if required to align the cotter pin for locking.
6 2 154-5405 Lip Type Seal Before assembly, pendulum cavity and machines bores shall be clean and dry of all lubricants.
7 2 183-2358 Bearing Before assembly, lubricate with grease.
Bore after assembly is 55.282 0.082 mm (2.1765 0.0032 inch).
