Start By:
Remove the bottom guard.

Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Replace" for the correct removal and installation of belt (1) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley. The combined weight of bolts (2), washer (3), damper (5), pulley (6), and adapter (4) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).Note: There is not enough clearance to remove bolts (2) .
Loosen all bolts (2). Remove bolts (2), washer (3), damper (5), pulley (6), and adapter (4) as a unit.
Separate bolts (2), washer (3), damper (5), and pulley (6) from adapter (4) Installation Procedure
Install the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley in the reverse order of removal.
