Use a suitable press and Tooling (A) to install sleeve bearing (5) in front trunnion support (2) . Make sure that the sleeve bearing contacts the counterbore in the front trunnion support.
Install retaining ring (4) that holds sleeve bearing (5) in front trunnion support (2) .

(3) Lip seal (4) Retaining ring (5) Sleeve bearingNote: Each seal must be installed so that the sealing lip is facing toward the outside of the front trunnion support shown in Illustration 3.

Use a suitable press and Tooling (A) to install lip seal (3) in both sides of the front trunnion support. Make sure that the seals contact the counterbores in the front trunnion support.
Apply Tooling (B) on the sealing lips of the lip seals.
