Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Verachtert parts for replacement.

Install ring (9) onto hydraulic rotator (7). Lubricate the sealing lip of the ring with clean hydraulic oil.

Attach Tooling (A), appropriate lifting chains, and a hoist to upper housing (5). The weight of the hydraulic rotator is 390 kg (860 lb).
Place hydraulic rotator (7) into position on lower housing (8). Apply 155-0695 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of 34 bolts (6) that secure the rotator to the lower housing. Install the 34 bolts and the washers. Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).

Install the two O-ring seals to two hose assemblies (3). Lubricate the O-rings with clean hydraulic oil. Place the hoses into position on swivel (4). Install the eight bolts, the washers, and the four half flanges that secure the hose assemblies to the swivel.

Place lock plate (2) into position in the lower housing. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the six bolts that secure the plate to the swivel. Install the six bolts and the washers.
Place lock (1) into position over the lock plate. Install the two bolts and the washers that secure the lock to the lower housing.End By:
Install the gerotor motor. Refer to Service Manual, "Gerotor Motor - Install".
Install the mounting bracket. Refer to Service Manual, "Mounting Bracket - Remove and Install".
