Connect the right tail lamp to 4-pin plug RT-C2 inside the right bracket (4). See Illustration 8.Then, install the right tail lamp into bracket (4). See Illustration 9.

Install a reflector (1) on the right bracket (4), as shown. See Illustration 10.Note: Install the reflector by removing the protective paper from the adhesive backing on the reflector and by pressing the reflector to the mounting surface.

Locate the segment of the 258-4131 Lighting Harness As that is stored inside the left tower. See Illustration 11.Loosen this segment of the harness. Insert the 4-pin plug (K-C15) through the center hole in plate (3) and into the left bracket (4). See the description of the harness connector in Table 2.

Place a grommet (13) onto harness (6). Then, install grommet (13) so that the grommet extends through the hole in plate (3) and through the hole in the left tower plate. See Illustration 12.
Disconnect the left tail lamp from the 293-9044 Rear Lighting Harness As and remove the left tail lamp from the rear door.Note: The 293-9044 Rear Lighting Harness As powers the license plate light.
