Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).

Disconnect reverse EDC at connector (26).

Disconnect forward EDC at connector (28). Note: Disconnection of the EDC connectors will cause a fault to appear in the monitoring system when the machine is started. After this procedure is completed and the EDCs are reconnected, the fault will no longer be active.

Loosen locknut (29) on the pump adjustment mechanism. Slowly turn adjustment screw (30) until the left conveyor does not move. If the conveyor does not stop after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 13.
Continue rotating adjustment screw (30) until the conveyor just begins to move. Note the angular position of the wrench. If the conveyor does not move after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 13.
Rotate adjustment screw (30) in the opposite direction. The conveyor should stop. Continue rotating the adjustment screw until the conveyor just begins to move in the opposite direction. Note the angular position of the wrench. If the conveyor does not move in the opposite direction after turning the adjustment screw one full turn, go to Step 13.
Rotate adjustment screw (30) to the center of the positions which were noted in Step 9 and Step 10. The conveyor should stop. Hold the adjustment screw in place, and tighten locknut (29) to a torque of 10 N m (7 lb ft).
Go to Step 29.
Move throttle control switch (7) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.

Remove the plug-in port "M4" (31) from the left conveyor pump.
Install one Tool (C) in port "M4" (31). Tighten Tool (C) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).

Remove the plug from port "M5" (32) .
Install one Tool (C) in port "M5" (32). Tighten Tool (C) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).
Install one Tool (A) on each Tool (B). Connect one Tool (B) to Tool (C) in port "M4" (31). Connect one Tool (B) to Tool (C) in port "M5" (32) .
Move engine start switch (7) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.
Move throttle control switch (6) to the HIGH IDLE position twice. For each switch actuation, hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.
