F 1U-9203 Lever Puller Hoist 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use Tooling (F) and a suitable lifting device in order to align stick (2) with the boom. The weight of stick (2) is approximately 3402 kg (7500 lb).

Use a suitable lifting device to position pin assembly (11). The weight of pin assembly (11) is approximately 168 kg (370 lb).
Install pin assembly (11) and bolt (10).

Extend stick cylinder (5) in order to align the pin bore in stick cylinder (5) with pin (9).
Use Tooling (D) to drive pin (9) through stick cylinder (5).
Install the shims, plate (6), and bolts (8).
Connect grease hose assembly (7).
Repeat Steps 4 through 8.

Remove Tooling (C) from stick cylinders (5).

Connect hose assemblies (4).

Remove Tooling (B) That was used to secure work tool linkage (3) in position on stick (2).
Extend stick (2) and raise boom (1) in order to remove Tooling (A).
Install the work tool.
