The hydraulic controls consist of pedal assembly (2) and pilot control valve (5) . The pilot control valve is identical to the travel pilot control valve.In order to use the one pump flow system, pin (3) must be placed in position (A) . Position (A) is the SINGLE ACTION position. With pin (3) in the SINGLE ACTION position, backward movement of the pedal is stopped. With the pin (3) in this position, the pedal can only be depressed forward.If the one pump flow system is not needed, pin (3) should be placed in position (B) . Position (B) is the STOP position. With pin (3) in the STOP position, the operator can use pedal assembly (2) as a foot rest.

The pilot oil at port (16) flows into passage (18) .When pedal (8) is depressed forward, pedal (8) pushes down on rod (9) and seat (10) . Seat (10) pushes against springs (11) and (12) . Spring (12) pushes on spool (14) . Spool (14) shifts and passage (15) opens.

Front lines (7) Main control valve (20) Return line from attachment (21) Supply line to attachmentThe pilot oil in passage (18) flows through passage (15) , spool (14) and port (17) . The pilot oil from port (17) flows to main control valve (7) at the top of the attachment control valve. The pilot oil shifts the spool in main control valve (7) . The spool then sends pump oil to the attachment through line (21) . Oil returns from the attachment through line (20) .The oil pressure is controlled by the relief valve. The relief valve for the single action hydraulic attachment circuit is located on the boom. The pressure setting for the relief valve is 17700 500 kPa (2567 72 psi) .Note: The relief valve pressure setting must be reset to the proper specification for the attachment that is being used.
