Information:

1. Disconnect three hydraulic lines (1) from elevator motor.2. Fasten a hoist to the elevator motor.3. Remove two bolts (2) that fasten elevator motor to speed reducer. 4. Remove elevator motor. Weight is 86 lb. (39 kg).Install Elevator Motor
1. Put elevator motor in position on the speed reducer and install two bolts (2) that hold it.2. Connect three hydraulic lines (1) to the elevator motor.Disassemble Elevator Motor
start by: a) remove elevator motor 1. Remove eight bolts (1) and two flanges (2) from motor.2. Remove four bolts (3) that hold cover to body. 3. Remove cover (4) and cartridge (5) from body. 4. Remove two screws from the cartridge. Remove end plate (6) and end plate (7) from center section (8) of cartridge. Using a hammer and punch, remove the bushing from the top of the cartridge. 5. Use tool (B) to remove the snap ring (9) from the shaft. Remove the shaft (10) from the body. 6. Remove adapter and seal from body with tool (A). 7. Remove bearing and washer from the body with tool (A). 8. Remove seal and wiper from the body.Assemble Elevator Motor
1. Install seal, wiper, and washer in body. 2. Install the bearing into the body with tooling (A). 3. Install the adapter and seal in the body with tooling (A).4. Install the shaft in the body. Install snap ring on shaft with tool (C). 5. Install bushing into end plate of cartridge with tooling (B). 6. Put end plate (1) and end plate (2) of cartridge in position on center section (3) and install the two screws that hold them together. 7. Install the cartridge (4) into the body. 8. Put the cover (7) in position on the body and install four bolts (8) that hold it. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 300 10 lb.ft. (406.7 13.6 N m).9. Put two flanges (6) in position on the motor and install the bolts (5) that hold the flanges.end by: a) install elevator motor
