Disconnect hose assembly (2) and move hose assembly (2) out of the way. Remove bypass valve (1).

Disconnect hose assembly (3) and hose assemblies (4) from the main control valve. Position hose assembly (3) and hose assemblies (4) out of the way. Disconnect connector (5).

Disconnect all hose assemblies (6) and position all hose assemblies (6) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to bracket assembly (7). The combined weight of main control valve (8) and bracket assembly (7) is approximately 125 kg (276 lb).
Remove bolts (9) and the washers. Remove bracket assembly (7) and main control valve (8) as a unit.

Position main control valve (8) and bracket assembly (7) on a suitable surface. Attach a suitable lifting device to main control valve (8). The weight of main control (8) is approximately 91 kg (201 lb).
Remove bolts (10). Remove main control valve (8). Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device to position main control valve (8) onto bracket assembly (7). The weight of main control valve (8) is approximately 91 kg (201 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (10).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to position bracket assembly (7) and main control valve (8) onto the machine. The weight of main control valve (8) and bracket assembly (7) is approximately 125 kg (276 lb).
Install the washers and bolts (9). Remove the suitable lifting device and Tooling (B).

Connect all hose assemblies (6).

Connect connector (5). Connect hose assemblies (4). Connect hose assemblies (3).

Install bypass valve (1). Connect hose assembly (2).
Release vacuum and remove Tooling (A). Check the hydraulic level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
