Move the hoppers to the raised position. Install lock pin (1) for the hopper.

Attach a suitable lifting device and raise the front of the machine. Install Tooling (A) under each side of the machine in order to secure the machine with the wheels off the ground.

Attach a suitable lifting device to wheel assembly (2) . Remove nuts (3) and wheel assembly (2) . The weight of wheel assembly (2) is approximately 144 kg (317 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to wheel assembly (2) . Install wheel assembly (2) . The weight of wheel assembly (2) is approximately 144 kg (317 lb). Install nuts (3) .
Tighten nuts (3) to a torque of 160 30 N m (118 22 lb ft), if nut (3) is 140-2496 dome style nut.
Tighten nuts (3) to a torque of 140 25 N m (103 18 lb ft), if nut (3) is 132-8584 flat style nut.

Attach a suitable lifting device and raise the front of the machine. Remove Tooling (A) from the machine.

Remove lock pin (1) for the hopper.
