Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Drain the hydraulic tank into a suitable container for storage or disposal.

Open left side compartment door (1).

Disconnect hole assembly (2). Disconnect hose assembly (3) and hose assembly (4). Position hose assembly (3) and hose assembly (4) out of the way. Remove clip (5).
Remove the bolts and disconnect tube assembly (6).
Illustration 3 g03342803Note: Support assemblies (9) will be removed with main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11).
Attach a suitable lifting device to main hydraulic pump (8). The combined weight of main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11) is approximately 65 kg (143 lb).
Remove bolts (7) from support assemblies (9). Remove bolts (10). Remove main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11) as a unit. Position main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11) on a clean, suitable surface.

Remove bolts (12) and support assemblies (9).

Loosen set screws (13) and remove coupler (14).

Remove bolts (16) and flywheel plate assembly (15). Installation procedure

Position flywheel plate assembly (17) and install bolts (16) .

Install coupler (14) and tighten set screws (13) to a torque of 110 10 N m (81 7 lb ft).

Position support assemblies (9) and install bolts (12). Hand tighten bolts (12), at this time.
Use a suitable lifting device to position main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11). The combined weight of main hydraulic pump (8) and flywheel plate assembly (11) is approximately 65 kg (143 lb). Install bolts (10).
Install bolts (7). Now, tighten bolts (12).

Position tube assembly (6) and install the bolts.
Install clip (5). Connect hose assembly (4) and hose assembly (3). Connect hose assembly (2).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".
