Install control valve spool (33) in valve housing (4) .

Install O-ring seal (31) on fitting (32). Install fitting (32). Install O-ring seal (30) in housing (29).

Position housing (29) and install bolts (28). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (26) on fitting (27). Install fitting (27). Install O-ring seal (25) on cover (24).

Install shims (20), spring (21) and valve (22) in plug (15). Install O-ring seal (16) on plug (15). Install plug (15) in relief valve body (18). Install O-ring seals (17) and (19) in relief valve body (18) .

Install relief valve (14) in the valve housing. Tighten relief valve (14) to a torque of 145 15 N m (107 11 lb ft).Load Check Valves

Assemble the stick valve or the second load check valve. Install spring (11), valve (10), and O-ring seal (12) on plug (13) .
Repeat the preceding step for the assembly of the remainder of the load check valves.

Assemble the top plug assembly. Install spring (7), valve (6), and O-ring seal (8) on plug (9) .

Install five load check valves (5) in the valve housing. Tighten load check valves (5) to a torque of 200 25 N m (148 18 lb ft).

Position covers (3) and install bolts (2) on valve housing (4) .
