Install sleeve bearing (17) and the lip seal in the rear of lift arm assembly (1) . Repeat for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.

Install sleeve bearing (16) in the middle of lift arm assembly (1) .

Install lip seal (15) .
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the remaining sleeve bearing on the middle of lift arm assembly (1) .

Install sleeve bearing (14) in the front of the lift arm assembly .

Install lip seal (13) .
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for the remaining sleeve bearing on the front of lift arm assembly (1) .
Apply Tooling (A) to all of the pin bores and lip seals on the lift arm assembly.

Use a suitable lifting device to position lift arm assembly (1) . The weight of lift arm assembly (1) is approximately 553 kg (1219 lb).

Support the front end of lift arm assembly (1) with suitable cribbing (A) .

Install washers (11) and (12) between lift arm assembly (1) and the frame of the machine.
Install pin assembly (10) .
Install bolt (9) .
Repeat Steps 11 through 13 for the opposite side of the lift arm assembly.Note: Steps 15 through 17 are for optional equipment, if equipped.

Position auxiliary hose assemblies (8) on lift arm assembly (1) . Install bolts (7) .

Position bracket (6) on lift arm assembly (1) . Install the washers and bolts (5) .
Repeat Step 16 for the remaining auxiliary hose assemblies.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to align the bore of lift cylinder (2) with the bores of lift arm assembly (1) .
Install pin assembly (4) and bolt (3) .
Repeat Steps 18 and 19 for the remaining lift cylinder.End By:
Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Install".
Install the link assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Link - Install".
Install the lever assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever - Install".
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
