Remove the radiator guard.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Replace" for the correct removal and installation procedure.

Remove two bolts (1) and Install Tooling (A). Remove the remaining bolts (1) and remove spacer (2). Remove vibration damper (3).

Remove bolts (4) . Remove pulley (6) and adapter (5). Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper (3) and pulley (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 200 25 N m (148 18 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
