3508, 3512, 3516 Standby Generator SetsDescription of Change: A 9Y6095 Fuel Priming Pump Group is now available as an attachment for the above standby generator sets if they are equipped with the 7C1308 Fuel Filter Group. See illustration for location of the pump assembly and connecting parts.Adaptable To: The priming pump is first used as an attachment on 3508 Standby Generator Sets 23Z2073 and 1ZF433, 3512 Standby Generator Sets 24Z2272 and 3YF326, and 3516 Standby Generator Sets 25Z1288 and 4XF231. The fuel priming pump can be installed on earlier 3508, 3512, and 3516 Standby Generator Sets identified by the engine arrangements listed in the chart, IF they are equipped with the 7C1308 Fuel Filter Group. To install the pump on any of the earlier engines listed in the chart, use all the parts in the following list. They are also shown in the illustration. These parts comprise the priming pump group, which is not serviced as a group, plus four additional parts which are now standard on these engines. The pump and its adapter are bolted to the fuel filter base.
