Implement ECM Calibrations
The following calibrations can be performed to the Implement ECM:
Blade Control Lever Calibration
Blade Control Handle Thumb Rocker Calibration
Blade Raise Solenoid Calibration
Blade Lower Solenoid Calibration
Blade Tilt Extend Solenoid Calibration
Blade Tilt Retract Solenoid Calibration
Raise Double Stall Speed Calibration
Third Gear Override Stall Speed CalibrationTo access the calibration procedures for the Implement ECM, establish the connections of the Cat ET to the machine. Navigate to the calibration screen by clicking "Service" on the tool bar and then clicking "Calibrations". Select the calibration that is needed.Once the specific calibration is selected, the Cat ET will guide you through the calibration procedure.The Cat ET will list initial machine conditions that must be satisfied before the ECM will allow the calibration procedure to continue. Follow the specific instructions on the display to complete the calibration procedure.Transmission ECM Calibrations
The Transmission ECM controls the following calibrations:
Decelerator Pedal Calibration
Transmission Fill CalibrationTo access the calibration procedures for the Transmission ECM, establish the connections of the Cat ET to the machine. Navigate to the calibration screen by clicking "Service" on the tool bar and then clicking "Calibrations".Select the calibration that is needed.Once the specific calibration is selected, the Cat ET will guide you through the calibration procedure.The Cat ET will list initial machine conditions that must be satisfied before the ECM will allow the calibration procedure to continue. Press the "Transmission" button. The "Transmission" button will highlight in yellow and the Transmission page will appear.

Press the "Decel Pedal" button. The "Decel Pedal" button will highlight in yellow and the Decel Pedal Calibration page will appear.

After reading the Warning Statement, press the "OK" button to proceed.
Press the Back button (2) to return to the previous menu.

Press the "OK" button to start the calibration.

After reading the Calibration instructions, perform one of the following actions:
Press the "Abort" button (3) to abandon the Calibration.
Press the "Arrow" button (4) to proceed with the Calibration.
