Get the center relative to lower extender frames as shown in Illustration 18.

Ensure both the walkway assemblies are aligned properly, tighten eight bolts (5) with eight nuts (12) that was assembled with two support assemblies (1) and two support assemblies (2). Refer to Illustration 19.
Return the screed to 0 crown.

Install walkway assembly (4) with pad (8) that will allow the movements of walkway assembly inside the extenders guides. Refer to Illustration 22.Note: Make sure that sliders are oriented correctly such that chamfers go towards the channel.

Ensure proper clearance from the support assembly (1) and the studs on walkway assembly (4). Refer to Illustration 23.

Ensure that the gap is maintained and tighten the mounting hardware eight bolts (5) and eight nuts (12) to the support assemblies.Note: Set all four support assemblies (1) and (2) using slots (B) which allows to adjust the platform position.

Install bracket assembly (14) to the support assembly (1) using three bolts (13) and three washers (11) as shown in Illustration 25.

Install two pads (9) using two bolts (15) and four hex flange nuts (16) to the centering plate (C). Refer to Illustration 26.Note: Ensure that there is no gap between (9) and centering plate (C) .Procedure to Adjust Extreme Positive or Negative Application
In case of paving application requires extreme positive crown ensure the following:
Put the screed at maximum positive crown with fully extended screed.
Check the walkway and the engagement between sliders and channel. The slider's pin should be engaged, avoiding slider extruding from the channel.
In case not, proceed to adjust its position, working on the main platform: Loosen three 8T-4136 Bolts on the centering bracket and adjusting the main platform position, in order to ensure a proper position to all sliders.
Once the engagement among pins, sliders, main walkway assembly, and extenders walkway assembly channels have been ensured. Tightening three 8T-4136 Bolts to the centering brackets.In case of paving application requires extreme negative crown ensure the following:

In case not, proceed to adjust its position, working on the main platform: Loosen three 8T-4136 Bolts on the centering bracket and adjusting the main platform position, in order to ensure a proper position to all sliders.
Once the engagement among pins, sliders, main platform, and extenders walkways' channels have been ensured, proceed to tightening three 8T-4136 Bolts to the centering brackets.
