Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure (Hood) - Remove".
Remove the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1), washer (2), and mount (3). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Loosen bolts (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to raise the front of engine (5). The weight of engine (5) is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb).

Remove bolts (6). Use two people in order to remove front engine support (7). The weight of front engine support (7) is approximately 38 kg (84 lb).Installation Procedure

Use two people in order to install front engine support (7). The weight of front engine support (7) is approximately 38 kg (84 lb). Install bolts (6) .Note: Inspect the shims that are under engine support (front) for wear or damage.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to lower the front of engine (5). The weight of engine (5) is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb).

Tighten bolt (4). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Install mount (3), washer (2), and bolt (1). Repeat this step for the opposite side.End By:
Install the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".
Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure (Hood) - Install".
