Use Tooling (A) in order to release the parking brake. Do not exceed 4137 kPa (600 psi). Remove Tooling (A) .

Remove bolts (1) in order to remove cover (2) .

Remove O-ring seal (3) from cover (2) .

Remove bolts (4) . Use Tooling (B) in order to remove retainer (5) .

Remove shims (6) . Remove bearing cone (7) .

Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device in order to remove wheel assembly (8) . The weight of wheel assembly (8) is approximately 791 kg (1744 lb).

Remove bearing cup (9) from the inside of front wheel assembly (8) . Remove Duo-Cone seal (10) .

Remove bearing cup (11) from the outside of front wheel assembly (8) .

Remove the remaining Duo-Cone seal (10) . Remove bearing cone (12) . The weight of bearing cone (12) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Use Tooling (D) , two suitable pry bars, and two suitable blocks in order to remove retainer (13) from the brake hub.

Remove Duo-Cone seal (14) and O-ring seal (15) from retainer (13) .

Remove seal rings (16) from the brake hub.
Remove the remaining Duo-Cone seal (14) .
