Relief Valve In The Flow Control Valve Pressure Test

Relief Valve For Cylinders.
(1) Pressure taps.Install a pressure gauge on the pressure tap of the relief valve for the cylinders. Start the engine and operate the engine at high idle rpm. Look at the pressure gauge and turn the steering wheel in both directions. Do not keep the steering wheel against the stop for more than three seconds. The high pressure reading on the gauge is the setting of the relief valve in the flow control valve. The relief valve is beside the left side of the engine and is on the machine frame in front of the flow control valve.
