Install a seal (20) on each side of the lower gear assembly (19) .
Install the lower gear assembly (19) on the base plate (22) .

Install seal (18) in the groove that is located on the bottom of the lower section (17) .

Place the lower section (17) of the gear pump over the lower gear assembly.
Install seals (14) and (15). Install the backup seal (16) in the lower section (17) of the gear pump.

Place the plate (13) that separates the two sections of the gear pump on the lower gear assembly.

Install a backup seal (12) to the upper gear assembly.
Install a seal (11) to the upper gear assembly.

Install the gear (2) by tightening the screw (1). The distance between the gear and the base plate should be 5.3 .5 mm (0.2 0.02 inch).
