2. Remove bolts (2) that hold glow plug wire to valve cover. Put the wire to one side.3. Remove elbow (3) for air inlet. 4. Remove breather (1).5. Remove bolts (4) from valve cover. Remove valve cover.Install Valve Cover
1. Install a new gasket for the valve cover if needed. Put 5H2471 Cement on the gasket and on valve cover when installing a new gasket. 2. Put the valve cover (1) into position on engine. Install the bolts. Tighten bolts to 96 24 lb.in. (10.9 2.8 N m) in number sequence shown.3. Install breather.4. Install elbow for air inlet.5. Install glow plugs wire on valve cover.6. Close right side door of hood.
