3. Loosen hose clamps (1) and move hose from the upper radiator tank elbow.4. Remove fan guard (2) from each side of the radiator. 5. Remove lower radiator guard (3) from the radiator. 6. Remove two plate assemblies (4) and pin (5) from vehicle. 7. Remove two bolts (6), clamp and block (7) from each side of radiator.8. Remove three bolts and elbow (8) from bottom of radiator. 9. Remove six bolts (9) that fasten the two shield assemblies to the radiator. 10. Install a 1/2"-NC forged eyebolt in top tank and connect a hoist.11. Remove four bolts that hold the upper radiator tank to guard.12. Remove radiator. Weight of radiator core is 250 lb. (113 kg).Install Radiator Core
1. Connect hoist to radiator (1), and install it in position in vehicle. 2. Install clamp and block (2) and two bolts (4) on each side of radiator.3. Install water pipe elbow (3) in position. 4. Install four bolts (5) to fasten the radiator to guard.5. Remove the hoist and eyebolt. 6. Install pin (7) and two plates assemblies (6) in position on radiator. 7. Install radiator shields (8) and fan guards (9) in position. 8. Install radiator guard (10).9. Install hood on the vehicle.10. Fill cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
