Install expansion valve (23) and bolts (24). Tighten the bolts (24) to a torque of 8 2 N m (6 1 lb ft). Install thermistor (22) to evaporator coil (22) .

Install evaporator coil (21) .

Install upper housing (15) and harness assembly (13) as a unit. Install clip (12), screws (14), and bolts (16). Connect harness assembly (13) to the bottom of housing (19). Install actuator (18). Connect harness assemblies (13) and (20) and linkage (17) .

Install screws (9). Connect harness assembly (11) and clips (8) and (10).
