Drill three 6.6 mm (0.25 inch) holes for the installation of grill (7) .Note: Mark the location of the bolt holes on the machine per the dimensions that are provided in Illustration 32. Then, place the grill in position on the machine and check the location of the bolt holes for accuracy, as shown. Refer to Illustration 33.

Install grill (7). Secure the bottom flange with two bolts (15), four hard washers (19), and two locknuts (16). Secure the top of the grill with bolt (17), two hard washers (19), and locknut (16). Refer to Illustration 34.

Install grill (3) on the left side of the canopy. Secure the grill with three bolts (18), six hard washers (19), and three locknuts (16). Refer to Illustration 35.Note: Use the bolt holes that were used for the 218-6423 Plate . Refer to Step 1.Installing the 297-2585 Grill As

Remove the two bolts (V), the two hard washers (W), the two nuts (X) and grill (Z) from the right side of the canopy. Discard these components. Refer to Illustration 37.

Assemble gasket (4) and gasket (6) to grill (2). Secure the gaskets to the grill with two plates (5) and four screws (14). Refer to Illustration 38.Note: Apply thread lock compound (24) to the threads of the four screws (14) .

Place grill (2) in position on the right side of the canopy. Align the bolt holes in the front edge of the grill with the bolt holes in the canopy. Then, mark the location of the two bolt holes in the top edge of grill (2) onto the canopy. Refer to Illustration 39.Place grill (2) aside.
Drill a 6.6 mm (0.25 inch) hole at the two locations that were marked onto the canopy.

Place grill (2) in position. Secure the grill to the canopy with four bolts (18), eight hard washers (19), and four locknuts (16). Refer to Illustration 40.
