Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the air conditioner cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Conditioner Cover - Remove and Install".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove air duct (1) .
Disconnect harness assembly (2) from cover (3) .
Remove screws (4) and cover (3) from air conditioning unit (5) .

Disconnect harness assembly (6) .
Remove evaporator coil and heater coil (7) from air conditioning unit (5) .Installation Procedure

Install evaporator coil and heater coil (7) in air conditioning unit (5) .
Connect harness assembly (6) .

Install cover (3) and screws (4) on air conditioning unit (5) .
Connect harness assembly (2) on cover (3) .
Install air duct (1) .End By: Install the air conditioner cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Conditioner Cover - Remove and Install".
