Replacement Procedure 11. Park the machine and disconnect the power. See appropiate Operation & Maintenance Manual.2. Remove the faulty 3E-7278 Relay (8). See Illustration 1. Note: Retain the 5C-9553 Bolts (6) and 8T-4205 Washers (7).3. Remove the electrical connector (A) for the relay, part of 113-2675 Harness . Install two 9W-0852 Pins (2), one 3E-3364 Receptacle (3), and one 3E-3365 Wedge (4) where the connector was removed.4. Drill two mounting holes for the 103-0799 Relay 6.60 mm (.26 in) in diameter. The holes are 27.0 mm (1.062 in) from the right edge (C), 15.17 mm (.60 in) up from the bottom edge (B), and 65.86 mm (2.59 in) apart (D). See Illustration 2.5. Install the 103-0799 Relay (1) using the 5C-9553 Bolts (6), 8T-4205 Washers (7), and 5C-9553 Nuts (5). Mount the Relay so that the terminals are facing to the left.
