Remove the fan group.

Remove angle (3) and exhaust monitor (4) as a unit.

Remove fuel cooler (5). Remove baffle (6) .

Disconnect hose (7) .

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to bracket (10). The weight of bracket (10) is approximately 40 kg (87 lb). Remove bolt (8). Disconnect bracket (9) from the aftercooler core. Remove bracket (10).

Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (11). The weight of radiator (11) is approximately 55 kg (120 lb).
Remove bolts (12) and remove radiator (11) .Installation Procedure
Install radiator (11) in the reverse order of removal.
