Attach a suitable lifting sling around piston pump (26) for the steering system. Secure the suitable lifting sling to a hoist. Position piston pump (26) for the steering system and the O-ring seal to the left side of the rear pump drive. Install four bolts (30) and the washers that secure piston pump (26) for the steering system and the O-ring seal to the rear pump drive. The weight of piston pump (26) for the steering system and the gear pump for the brake cooling system is 209 kg (460 lb).

Connect hose assembly (28) to gear pump (29) for the brake cooling system. Connect hose assembly (27) to the pressure compensator valve. Connect hose assembly (25) to piston pump (26) for the steering system.

Position gear pump (24) for the steering oil cooler and the O-ring seal to the rear pump drive. Install two bolts (23) and the washers that secure gear pump (24) for the steering oil cooler and the O-ring seal to the rear pump drive.

Position clamp (22) to hose assembly (13). Install bolt (21), the washers, and the nut that secures clamp (22) to hose assembly (13) .

Position piston pump (19) for the brake system and the gasket to the rear pump drive. Install two bolts (20) and the washers that secure piston pump (19) for the brake system and the gasket to the rear pump drive. Connect hose assembly (18) to piston pump (19) for the brake system.

Connect hose assembly (17) to the manifold on the rear pump drive.

Attach Tooling (A) to brace assembly (15). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). Secure the suitable lifting devices to a hoist. Position brace assembly (15) for the hood to the supports. Install eight bolts (16) and the washers that secure brace assembly (15) for the hood to the supports. The weight of brace assembly (15) for the hood and the filter assemblies is 231 kg (510 lb).

Connect hose assembly (13) and tube assembly (14) to the filter for the steering and brake system. Connect two tube assemblies (11) and (12) to the implement system filter.

Install bolt (9), the washers, and the nut that secures bracket (10) to the plate.

Install three tie straps (8) to the wiring harness.

Connect two wire harnesses (7) and (6) at the electrical connections.

Position hose assembly (4) to high pressure screen (3) and the steering valve. Connect hose assembly (4) to high pressure screen (3) and the steering valve. Install clamp (5) to hose assembly (4) .
Position the wires to bypass switch (2). Install two locknuts (1) and the washers that secure the wires to bypass switch (2) on high pressure screen (3) .End By:
