Extend the rod of extendable stick cylinder (1) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (3) and (5) . Remove clips (2) and (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the rod of the extendable stick cylinder (1) . The weight of extendable stick cylinder (1) is approximately 42 kg (92 lb).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (6) . Remove pin (7) .

Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove extendable stick cylinder (1) . Place the rod end of extendable stick cylinder (1) onto Tooling (B) .
Reposition the suitable lifting device and remove extendable stick cylinder (1) .Installation Procedure
Install extendable stick cylinder (1) in the reverse order of removal.-Disassembly and Assembly Information
