Connect elbow (9). Install bolts (8). Repeat this procedure for the remaining elbow (9) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install hood assembly (5). The weight of hood assembly (5) is approximately 102 kg (225 lb).

Position hood assembly (5) .
Install bolt (7). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install front hood panel (3). The weight of front hood panel (3) is approximately 63 kg (139 lb).

Install bolts (4) in order to secure front hood panel (3) .

Connect the hood latch and lower front hood panel (3). Secure front hood panel (3) in the closed position.

Lower rear hood panel (2). Secure rear hood panel (2) in the closed position.

Install cover (1) .
Charge the air conditioner system with refrigerant. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant". Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct procedure.
Fill the engine cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill".End By: Remove the truck body retaining cable. Lower the truck body. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
