Snow Tread Tracks    
357-0233 Track    The Snow Tread tracks feature tread lugs with multiple biting edges to penetrate the snow for better traction, improved controllability, and reduced slippage. The Snow Tread allows improved starting without slippage, which reduces track wear and improves operating efficiency. Snow Tread Tracks significantly improve controllability in snow applications, even when turning, by reducing lateral slippage and allowing for safer, more controlled turning. In addition, straight line stopping distance is reduced by up to 50 percent versus a machine with the standard tracks in a snow application. This ability to stop with minimal sliding reduces track wear and makes snow removal applications safer. The Snow Tread Tracks utilize the same technology as the standard track to provide optimum ride comfort and durability. The Snow Tread Tracks for the 279C2 and 289C2 are only available in the 450 mm (17.7 inch) width. The tracks can be used as a direct service replacement for the standard factory CTL track offerings. The snow tread tracks are directly retrofitable to all 279C2 and 289C2 CTLs.
