Installation Procedure
Note: Before installation, inspect the O-ring seals. Replace any O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: Before installation, apply 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound to the O-ring seals.

Install O-ring seal (2) on hoist pump manifold (1).
Install O-ring seal (8) on hose assembly (7).
Connect hose assembly (7) and hoist pump manifold (1). Install split flange (6), the four washers, and four bolts (5).
Connect the wiring harness. Install the two washers and two nuts (3). Note: When nuts (3) are installed, tighten the nuts to a torque of 3.7 .3 N m (32.75 2.66 lb in).
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 in order to install remaining hoist pump manifold (4). End By:
Disconnect the truck body retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
