The steering hydraulic system is made up of two basic circuits, the pilot circuit and high-pressure circuit. The high-pressure circuit also incorporates the secondary steering system.The main components of the pilot circuit are hydraulic tank (18), brake and pilot pump (20), pilot oil pressure reducing valve (6), pilot oil filter (10), left and right neutralizer valves (7) and (8), steering control valve (3), and various lines.The main components of the high-pressure circuit are hydraulic tank (18), steering pump (13), steering control valve (3), steering cylinders (1), steering oil filter (14), and various lines.The main components of the secondary steering system are hydraulic tank (18), secondary steering pump (4), secondary steering diverter valve (5), and various lines.

(22) Filler capHydraulic tank (18) is on the right side of the machine. The hydraulic tank is the oil reservoir for the hoist hydraulic system, the braking system, and the brake cooling system. Steering oil filter (14) is mounted to the front of hydraulic tank (18). Oil is placed into hydraulic tank (18) through filler cap (22). Hydraulic tank breather (16) is mounted to the top of hydraulic tank (18).

(13) Steering section of the gear pumpThe hoist, steering, brake, and pilot gear pump is mounted to the pump drive section of the engine flywheel housing. Brake and pilot section of the gear pump (20) is at the rear of the gear pump. Steering section of gear pump (13) is in the center of the gear pump.
