Temperature Variable Control
Temperature Variable Control - Turn knob (6C) clockwise for warmer air. Turn knob (6C) counterclockwise for cooler air. Heating and Air Conditioning System Operation
The heating and air conditioning system can be used for four functions:
Heating - Push the bottom of switch (6B) in order to turn on the heater. Set the fan speed switch to the desired speed. Adjust temperature variable control (6C) for the desired temperature.
Cooling - Push the top of switch (6B) in order to turn on the air conditioner. Set the fan speed switch to the desired speed. Adjust temperature variable control (6C) for the desired temperature.
Pressurizing - Pressure inside the cab will help keep out dust. Close the door and the windows in order to pressurize the cab.
Defogging - Press the top of switch (6B) in order to turn on the air conditioner. Set the fan speed switch to the desired speed. This will prevent moisture from forming on the windows. The volume of air that is needed to remove moisture from the cab varies according to the speed of the fan. Adjust the temperature controls so that the windows remain free of moisture. Rotating Beacon (7)
Rotating Beacon (7) (if equipped) - Press the top of switch (7) in order to turn on the rotating beacon. Press the bottom of switch (7) in order to turn off the rotating beacon. Lights (8)

OFF (8A) - Turn the knob to the OFF position in order to shut off all of the lights.
Parking Lights and Cab Interior Lights (8B) - Turn the knob to position (8B) in order to turn on both the parking lights and the interior cab lights.
Roading Lights (8C) - Turn the knob to position (8C) in order to turn on the roading lights.

Front Floodlights and Rear Floodlights (8D) - Turn the knob to position (8D) in order to turn on the front floodlights. Indicator light (8F) should come on.
Upper Cab Floodlights (8E) - Turn the knob to position (8E) in order to turn on the rear floodlights. Rear Window Wiper and Washer (9)
Rear Window Wiper and Washer (9) - Turn the knob clockwise in order to turn on the window wiper. Push the knob in order to activate the window washer. Spring force will return the knob after use. Note: For machines that have intermittent rear wipers, there are several positions that will affect the wipers.Turn knob (9) in a clockwise direction. The following settings may be selected: OFF position, LONG DELAY position, INTERMITTENT DELAY position, SHORT DELAY position, LOW position and HIGH position.Interior Dome Light (10)
