Remove the fan group.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Thoroughly clean the exterior of the component before the disassembly procedure. Cleaning will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (1) and angle assembly (2) .

Remove bracket assembly (3) and support assembly (4) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (7). The weight of radiator (7) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
