1. Loosen clamp (2), and disconnect hose (3) from precleaner assembly (1). 2. Open engine access door (4). 3. Loosen clamp (5) that holds precleaner assembly (1) to air cleaner housing (6). Remove precleaner assembly (1) from air cleaner housing (6). 4. Unfasten two retaining clips (7), and remove cover assembly (8) from air cleaner housing (6). 5. Remove primary element assembly (9) from air cleaner housing (6). 6. Remove secondary element assembly (10) from air cleaner housing (6). 7. Remove ten lock nuts (11) and the washers that hold air cleaner housing (6) to the inlet elbow. Remove air cleaner housing (6).8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 for removal of remaining air cleaner. The following steps are for the installation of the air cleaner assembly.9. Install the air cleaner housing and elements in the reverse order of removal. Tighten ten lock nuts (11) that hold the air cleaner housing to the inlet elbow to a torque of 25 4 N m (20 3 lb ft).10.
