A 307-6498 Accumulator Lifting Device 1 Note: Check the condition of all O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear of for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to brake accumulator (6) and brake accumulator (5). The weight of brake accumulator (6) and brake accumulator (5) is approximately 22 kg (49 lb).
Install brake accumulator (6) and brake accumulator (5). Install clamp (7) and three bolts (8).

Tighten clamp (1) and three bolts (2).
Connect hose assemblies (3) and (4).
Charge the brake accumulators. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Brake Accumulator - Test and Charge".
Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure. End By:
Install the firewalls. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Firewall - Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
