Note: Inspect all the components of the radiator for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install support assembly (16) onto bottom tank (18). The weight of support assembly (16) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Install bolts (17). Repeat this step for the remaining support assembly.
The weight of bottom tank (18) is approximately 92 kg (203 lb).

Apply Tooling (B) onto rubber seals (15). Install rubber seals (15).

Apply Tooling (B) onto the bores of the rubber seals. Install radiator cores (14).

Install strap (13). Repeat this step for the remaining straps.

Install strap (12). Repeat this step for the remaining straps.

Adjust gap (X) at the front of the radiator to 6.2 mm (0.24 inch). Adjust gap (Y) at the back of the radiator to 1.7 mm (0.067 inch).

Install channel (11). Install strap (10).

Apply Tooling (B) onto rubber seals (9). Install rubber seals (9).

Apply Tooling (B) onto the bores of the rubber seals. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install top tank (1). The weight of top tank (1) is approximately 120 kg (265 lb).

Install bolts (8) and bolts (7). Repeat this step for the opposite end of the top tank.

Install guards (6) and install bolts (5). Repeat this step for the remaining guards.

Install baffles (4), strips (3), and bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 8 4 N m (71 35 lb in). Repeat this step for the remaining strips and baffles. End By:
Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Install".
