Assembly Procedure
Accidental machine starting can cause injury or death to personnel working on the machine.To avoid accidental machine starting, turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position and remove the key. If the machine is not equipped with a battery disconnect switch, disconnect the battery cables from the battery and tape the battery clamps.Place a do not operate tag at the battery disconnect switch location to inform personnel that the machine is being worked on.

Place rubber band (5) into outer accumulator arm (3) .
Insert pin (8) into outer accumulator arm (3). Make sure that rubber band (5) is inside pin (8) .
Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting device to outer accumulator arm (3). The weight of outer accumulator arm (3) is 30 kg (65 lb).

Insert outer accumulator arm (3) into inner accumulator arm (2) .
Insert pivot pin (7) .

Insert bolt (6) and the nut into pivot pin (7) .Tighten the locknut (10) until the clearance between the inner accumulator arm (2) and the outer accumulator arm (9) is 1 .5 mm (.04 .02 inch).

Remove the hoist and the lifting device from outer accumulator arm (3) .
Place rubber band (5) inside pin (1). Insert pin (1) into inner accumulator arm (2).
Insert bolt (4) into pin (1).
