Installation

Attach a suitable lifting device to pump (22) and install the pump. The weight of the pump is approximately 275 kg (600 lb). Install bottom seven bolts (23).

Connect hose assemblies (16), (17), (18), (19) and (20). Install tube assembly (21).

Install hose assemblies (11), (12), (13), (14) and (15).

Install battery (10). Install bracket (9) that holds the battery.

Install bracket (7). Install five bolts (8) that retain bracket (7). Install clips (6).

Install manifold (2). Remove bolts (1). Connect hose assemblies (3) and (5). Install tube assembly (4).
Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". End By:
