2. Disconnect oil line (1) from head end of the steering cylinder. 3. Disconnect oil line (3) from rod end of the steering cylinder.4. Remove the bolt (2) and washer from cylinder. Push the pin down and out of the steering cylinder.5. Remove the bolt (5) and washer. Push the pin (4) up and out of the rod end of cylinder.6. Move the steering cylinder out far enough to fasten a hoist. Remove the steering cylinder. Weight of cylinder is 110 lb. (50 kg).Install Steering Cylinders
1. Fasten a hoist and put steering cylinder on the machine. 2. Move the cylinder into position, and install the pin in head end of cylinder. Install the bolt and washer in pin.3. Connect the oil line to head end of cylinder.4. Connect the oil line to rod end of cylinder. 5. Start the engine, and turn machine to put the rod (1) on cylinder into position.6. Install the pin in rod end of cylinder. Install the bolt and washer in pin.
