The jacket water heater groups now include a new thermostat (sensing unit) and a new heater element assembly. The new heater element assembly uses a V-band clamp. The V-band clamp provides better sealing than the former tapered pipe thread connection. These improvements will help eliminate coolant leaks from the jacket water heater groups.Note: The new thermostat (sensing unit) is adaptable to all earlier jacket water heater groups. The new heater element assembly is NOT adaptable to the earlier jacket water heater groups.
