3. Put spacers between the oil pan plate and the engine block to prevent damage to the oil pan when lifting the front of the engine.4. Put two hydraulic jacks (4) in position under the oil pan where the spacers are in position.5. Remove two bolts (3) and two nuts.6. Lift the front of the engine with the hydraulic jacks. Remove four bolts (1). Remove front support (2).Install Front Support
1. Put the front support (1) in position on the trunnion.2. Install the four bolts that hold the front support in position.3. Lower the engine. Remove the two hydraulic jacks.4. Install the two bolts that hold the front support to the frame. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 325 25 lb.ft. (44.9 3.5 mkg).5. Remove the spacers from between the oil pan plate and the engine block. Tighten the bolts that hold the oil pan in position.6. Fill the engine with oil to the correct level.
