Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device to position generator (12) and the shock absorbers on bracket (10). The weight of the generator is approximately 72 kg (159 lb). Install bolts (18).
Position seal (17), duct assembly (16), and electrical box (6) on generator (12) and install bolts (15).
Install terminal bushing (14) in electrical box (6) and install the locknut.
Position motor (1) on generator (12) and install nuts (19).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position bracket (10) and generator (12) in the machine. The weight of the bracket and generator is approximately 85 kg (187 lb). Install bolts (9) and (13).
Connect harness assembly (11).

Install terminal bushing (7) and harness assembly (8) in electrical box (6) and install the locknut.

Connect wires (3) and (5) to circuit breaker (4).
Close the lid for electrical box (6) and install the screws.
Close the rear access door that is located on the right side of the machine.

Install hose assemblies (2) on motor (1).
Close the access door that is located between the operator platforms.
