A 1P-0520 Driver Group 1 Start By:
Remove the accessory drive (front). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Accessory Drive (Front) - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove O-ring seal (2) and O-ring seal (4) from adapter assembly (1).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove sleeve bearing (3).
If necessary, remove pipe plug (5).

Remove O-ring seal (13) and O-ring seal (6) from adapter assembly (12).
Remove bolts (10). Remove gear (9) from shaft (15).
Remove bolts (8) and thrust washer (7).
Remove shaft (15) from adapter assembly (12).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove sleeve bearing (14) from adapter assembly (12).
If necessary, remove pipe plug (11).
