Hydraulic oil filters (1) Oil filter for the right drive loop (2) Oil filter for the left drive loopAll of the oil from the charge pumps flows through the filters. Filter (2) filters the oil from the fan motor. The oil flows from filter (2) back to the front piston pump. Filter (1) filters the oil from the right charge pump. The oil flows from filter (1) back to the rear piston pump.A bypass valve that is located in each oil filter base allows the oil to bypass the filters under the following conditions:
The oil is too cold to flow through the filters.
The filters are clogged.The oil filter bypass indicator will come on before the bypass valve becomes opened and the oil temperature is above 35 °C (95 °F). The indicator will remain on until the oil temperature is below 32 °C (90 °F).
